I was thisclose to ordering a take away just now, finger hovering over the payment button.
But I went and had some tea (oolong) and said I would think again once I’d drank my tea.
Well did the job and didnt order after all I might have been able to squeeze it in calorie wise but knew I’d feel like crap which could have made me over eat tomorrow and it’s a waste of money anyway. Small win.
I was like that. Never weighed over 50kgs. Untill a year ago. I put on 23kgs out of no where.
Dang!! That’s amazing!! My goal is to be 125lbs and solid muscle. Don’t really have a time frame for it yet but working hard on myself with fitness to keep myself on track with my sobriety since this is a major healthy outlet for me.

I dropped a ton of weight then gained a ton of it back via fat over a period of a year, of course pounding back booze and living off of empty carbs had alot to do with it.
@AdvntrLane I don’t know your age but I was small for a long time avg. 140lbs at 6’0 I joined the army at that weight, basic training had me eating a ton of calories and obviously burning them off, but I gained 50lbs. Over 19 weeks.

Your best bet for weight gain, eat clean, and figure out your caloric intake and what your using you would be surprised how much you might be under eating,

Dissapointed i over ate this week
Happy i lost 24 pounds in 1 month i gained 1 pound due to over eating again yesterday im learning and listening to my body as i go in this journey 55 pounds to chip away i lost the beggining weight mostly water weight i beileve i plateud at 200 lbs scale did not budge this past friday weigh in i beileve my body is asking for a bit more calories now to keep fueling the workouts and movement now i thought take away calories workout more loose weight apperantly for me its now add more calories workout more and loose weight cant wait for this fridays weigh in LETS GOOO !!!
Here is my weekly Sunday weigh in/check in… Im down 3.2 lbs in one week, like HOLY FREAKING COW!
Starting weight (8 weeks ago today): 151.8 lbs.
Last week’s weight (7 weeks ago today): 144.4 lbs.
Today’s weight (8 weeks later): 141.2 lbs.
Total weight loss in 8 weeks: 10.6 lbs!
I can’t barely believe it honestly. I’ve upped the intensity of my 30 min cycle rides and have upped my daily water intake to at least 100 oz of water (verses 80 oz), but usually Im drinking about 112 oz per day at the minimum.
I’ve also scaled back on the snacking a bit after dinner. Disclaimer: I fully realize that this type of weight loss weekly is not usual or ordinary and most likely will not continue at this rate. Again, I’m quite stunned at the results the scale revealed. Im going to continue to keep myself hydrated and eating right with minimal snacking. Also Im going to keep plugging away at my daily cycle workouts. We are about a week and a half away until we get our treadmill delivered, so that will add a new dimension of daily exercise for me as well.

Switching from noom to ww was a great idea. Not that I think the program is better, only that I always do well in the beginning of a program and then I just start to plateau. I guess I should just move from program to program so I can constantly lose and never plateau.
Noom = -4lbs
WW = -2lbs
Total = -6lbs
Remaining = -16lbs
Sadly it took 4 months to lose 6 lbs and at this rate I’ll take 10 more months!!! I’d rather be down by summer.

Yeah you were very small for your height that’s for sure. I barely gained anything while there as I’ve mentioned before. My metabolism is crazy high and eating right was good there I just didn’t see much difference. In AIT I didn’t have much fat on me but the fat I did loose I traded it for muscle and yet was the same weight. Two seasons ago I got down the meals to gain but I then went into a massive down spiral of drinking and didn’t keep up. Then I slowed down and figured out my weight lifting techniques. And of course after that little bit of time I went onto another bender of drinking very heavily which lead me to this year… so now I’m finally sober and connecting all my planning over a these past couple years to finally push to the person I want to be and look like.

Walked for 2.5 hours today, I think around 10 miles, did yoga when I got back.
Lunch at 1pm and dinner at 5pm, no snacks and lots of fruit and vegetables.
I’m sure I’ll feel the benefits tomorrow but right now I’m very tired

Sunday weigh in… 73.8kg. Not good . its up again a kg… I’m pretty sure because last week I wasnt doing my 10k plus steps a day , I only went out walking twice last week. I pretty sure that has con tributed to the small inflation… Its Monday. A new week… New focus… nice work guys, everyone is doing very well

We got thisss im up one kg also because for the past 2 days i have not been eating healthy one my scale did not budge and i have been stressed lately but tomorow is a brand new day and we got this we have to keep going my mistake is loosing weight fast i get to excited i want the momentum to keep going ive lost 24 kg in one month who looses 8 kg in one week prob water weight but still ? Unhealthy starting tomorow i will aim for a loss of 2 or 1 kg a week and take it slow LETS GOOO
