Goodmorning weightloss or weight gaining KINGS AND QUEENS !
I woke up working harder then i have last month im in a pool of sweat i added 20 kg dumbbell weights to my routine its making me work doing my 30 min insanity workout going to have a good breakfast i feel ALIVE i will loose these 55 pounds of fat AND YOU WILL TO !!! No work no results you over ate ? GET OVER IT you had a cheat meal GOOD you lost 1 kg or 2 kg INCREDIBLE this isnt only a weightloss thing this is a new lifestyle a new US a new YOU LETS GOOOO !!!

Gratefully checking in to be accountable for officially being above my weight loss goal. Iām 1.2 pounds over. I was 15 + pounds under. But that wasnāt healthy. Not happy about it of course but Iām not going to freak out. The bday blueberry pie is finally ALL gone. Still some ice cream left. Itās snowing and weāre going to have 2-3 FEET of snow before itās all over. Iām just going to do my best and hopefully not gain back too much. I miss my daily long walks.

Day went well. Same as always but good to be settled into the routine now.
Yoga in the morning. Went for a walk this afternoon, not as long as Iād like because I had my 6 year old with me and well, shes only got little legs so complains after a while
Lunch at 12pm, dinner at 4pm, no snacks. Lots and lots of fruit and vegetables.
Iām used to eating loads of vegetables but I was doing the keto diet for a few months so I wasnāt eating fruit (which I missed so much!) So I feel like I may be playing havoc on my digestive system atm so had some sliced ginger in hot water in hopeās of settling that down.

Breakfast eggs Turkey bacon whole wheat English muffin, fat free cream cheese
Lunch tuna with provolone, whole wheat sub,
Dinner some crabcakes and undecided sides, wegmans offers fantastic crabcakes and must indulge, however quite costly
Wanna share this one, my motivator to walk:
Just finished the āCamino de Santiagoā a 774 kilometer (480 Mike) long walk. Itās a virtual walk in wich I book my Strava walks. I finished yesterday so soon I get my medal!
Itās a fun thing to do because you can follow your walk by an app in streetview. So I deffinitely have seen a bit of Spain too!

Goodmorning Weightloss/Weightgain KINGS AND QUEENS im pushing on this morning and i got a great workout in my pool of sweat once again no plateu is going to have me stuck in my journey did not eat healthy this past week who cares my body needed some extra calories anyways to fuel my workouts so it worked out cant wait to get to my friday weigh in āā having greek yogurt this morning ! LETS GOO
Having a lack in motivation todayā¦I would have normally started my workout by now but my body is so exhausted. I canāt tell if i just need to rest for a little to get a better workout in or if itās also the combination of my body being shot from being in my first couple weeks of sobriety. Either way I know if I workout I will get into a better mindset and feel better all around though I just feel drained todayā¦
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated
Why donāt you go for a long walk instead today? (Or a shorter one if you canāt be bothered) that way youāll still be getting some exercise in but itll be relaxing too and will help clear your mind
That sounds super great if it wasnāt snowing today. Maybe Iāll do some stretching instead because I truly donāt wanna let a day go to waste without some sort of exercise even if itās super light.
Breakfast i had cup of greek yougurt
Lunch had a turkey sandwich
Dinner had a baked chicken breast with a side.of rice cant wait tomorow for onothet intense workout āā

Mango Peach Smoothie In the am.
Home made chicken and rice soup for lunch.
Spaghetti and meat sauce for dinner.
1 lousy peppermint patty snack size after dinner.
No other snacks or treats.
3 feet of snow so I canāt get my walks in. Maybe tomorrow.
I highly recommend these little machines. For when its too snowy or lockdown etcā¦ Its cheap to buy and takes up minimal room. And it gets you sweating! It packs a punch for a little machine. Just google stepper on Amazon. There are a bunch of differnt brands
