Hey! Yeah Iā€™ve been sticking with the diet plan and just started doing yoga again after having last week off. Been feeling a bit meh recently, not sure why, no real reason other than lockdown and boredomā€¦ but things should be picking up again soon. Iā€™m not letting anything stop my weight loss efforts though, got to keep going even through this weird cloud that Iā€™m under atm.
Least then when it passes (which it will) I can look back and thank myself for not giving up (and Iā€™ll be a few lbs lighter too )

Weight loss seems to have stalled a little, not exactly sure why. I know I had a ā€œbadā€ weekend last weekend but I got straight back on plan and have been for over a week now and no real changes. So thatā€™s been disheartening too.
Proper weigh in on Thursday though and it will be time to take measurements too so Iā€™ll see whatā€™s what then. Think I need to do more exercise.

Kiddo officially back at school in two weeks so will have lots more time (and hopefully motivationā€¦) to get some exercise in so that might speed things up again!

How you been doing??

Stay strong. Thatā€™s great you got a walk in yesterday! I understand how easy it is to turn to food. Sigh. You can do it!

Hey there! Thatā€™s fantastic youā€™ve been sticking with the diet plan and getting back to yoga! Iā€™ve gotten feelings of meh as well from time to time lately. I try not to let them keep me from working out however. I am so ready for warmer weather. Seriously no joke there!

Iā€™m glad you are staying derterminedā€¦ grit your teeth and push through it!

Sorry the weight loss seemed to have fallen off somewhat although youā€™ve gotten back to your daily routine. Hopefully itā€™s just a temporary block ans youā€™ll be back to losing in no time at all.

What grade is your kiddo in? Just curious! Our youngest is in 11th grade.

Iā€™ve been doing well. Thanks for asking. Been pushing hard with the working out lately. Tomorrow I take a Functional Threshold Power test to see if Iā€™ve gained some strength. Itā€™s a 20 min full out cycling test on an indoor bike. I took one 4 weeks ago, followed a scripted program abns now re test to see if I get a higher average output. Of course, this morning my monthly cycle showed up so by tomorrow Iā€™ll probably be wiped out more so than I would have been if it were had come a couple days from nowā€¦ but Iā€™ll get it done!

Hey! Well Iā€™m feeling a bit better, sun is shining today so Iā€™m sure its that thats making the difference. Need to get out on a walk again today. I need to be outside, think Iā€™ve had a dose of cabin fever recently
How did your test go?? I bet youā€™ve improved loads! Not sure how the grade system works as Iā€™m in the UK but my little girl is 6  adorable age I want her to stay this little forever! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts::smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

So weigh in day today and 4 weeks has passed since I took measurements (I weigh in once a week and take measurements every 4 weeks, well, officially anyway, I still check every now and again ) lost another 2lbs, wanted it to be more after my stall but at least its moving again!

In the past 4 weeks Iā€™ve lost 1.5inches from each area (so -1.5"waist, -1.5"hips,-1.5" thighs) apart from my arms which have stayed the same :woman_shrugging: And lost 7lbs too.
I really wish Iā€™d taken measurements at the very start but never mind, least Iā€™m doing it now.

So, 24lbs lost so far.
18lbs to go!
Not bad going considering Iā€™ve been stuck inside so much recently.

So, looks like Iā€™m back in action :muscle: thank god

Glad youā€™re feeling a bit better! The sun always helps! We donā€™t see too much of it here in the winter which can be such a drag! I miss being outside too, but the cold temps and I do not agree. Not one bit, so I stay in in the winter time and go out only when necessary. Iā€™m more than ready for spring to arrive!

My test went ok. I only.improved by 5 post, but it is still an improvement so I should not be disappointed. Plus Iā€™m having my monthly which is such a drain on energy all by itself. I know and can feel myself getting stronger every day and Iā€™m losing weight so yeah, things are going in the directions I wanting them to go in. Iā€™m just going to keep up the exercising and eating right, staying hydrated and all that. So far it seems to be going well.

Our youngest is 17. She will graduate from high school in June 2022. We have 3 other kids tooā€¦ almost 24 (just graduated college from nursing school), 22 (will graduate from college most likely in Dec - musical theatre) and 20 (second year of college, most likely going for pre-vet). We have a perfectly blended family.

I know your feeling all too well when you feel like the scale should say more weight loss since you know youā€™ve busted your butt all weekā€¦ but you did lose and youā€™re absolutely right that at least itā€™s going in the right direction (I need to remind myself of this when thr frustrated sets in!)

Those are some serious inches lost!!! Wow!!! I keep kicking myself for not taking them (at all this time around) but trying to be kinder to myself about not doing it. Iā€™ll finally know when Iā€™ll be closing in on my goal when I can do a plank without my mid section drooping down and in the way!

I have about 20 or so more lbs to go. Iā€™d like to get to 120 lbs and re-access at that point. My usual weight 10 years ago was about 105 lbs as Iā€™ve always been pretty slender, but not overly. My waist back then was about 27 inches or so. Oh golly to be able to see that waist size again! I have gotten down to about 30 inches about 2 years ago when I weighed 122 lbs. Even seeing that size again would be wonderful.

Now Iā€™m just rambling. Haha. Hope you have a fantastic day!

Great job on loosing 2.2 lbs. I bet that feels good. I havenā€™t been checking in since Iā€™m still laid up on my back in bed. Iā€™m not weighing in if I canā€™t exercise or walk. Iā€™m depressed enough. Iā€™m not eating too much while laid up and Iā€™m not drinking. So I got that going for me. I hope to be back next week. Keep up the great work yā€™all.

Thank you!!! It definitely feels good to be going in the direction Iā€™ve been working towards. I do look forward to the day Iā€™m where I want to be and then I can just maintain, but Iā€™m really not in any rush as Iā€™m trying to thoroughly enjoy the process and life along the way. Im sorry your back is still giving you fits and that youā€™re still laid up. I can completely understand why youā€™re not weighing in at this time. It would probably lead to most definite frustration. Please keep your chin up and I do hope you are able to get back on your feet VERY VERY soon! Iā€™m sending you good vibes!!

Well. I didnā€™t want to weigh in. I been basically in bed since Monday. I was able to walk with the dogs this am. Worst nights sleep ever with a headache and bad dreams and sore back. But I am going to be accountable today. 200. Pounds. Exactly at goal weight. Maybe thatā€™s why I always talk about having a buffer. So thatā€™s a 2 + pound gain. Oh well what the hell. I hope Iā€™m on the mend. Mentally Iā€™m not depressed. So thatā€™s a good thing. Hopefully I can be up and moving more real soon. Itā€™s amazing how fast and easy you can gain weight if you canā€™t move your body.
So shake you booty folks. Keep it movin to keep it loosin. :man_facepalming:
:pray:t2::heart:

Heyā€¦ Im sorry you ended up with a 2 lb gained thats a bummer (I know that feeling and it SUCKS!), but maybe you can find a wee bit of comfort knowing that once you are able to really start moving again, once your back is healed, those pounds will come off again. Just trying to offer some positiveness! Thatā€™s awesome you were able to walk with the dogs, definitely a step in the right direction again. Sorry about the shitty sleep, headache and sore backā€¦ what a crap combination. Glad to hear youā€™re doing ok mentally and arenā€™t depressed. Yet another positive! Hang in there!

Weekly weigh in today for me. Iā€™m down 1.2 lbs!!! So Iā€™m now 137 lbs even. Iā€™ll take that. Not as much loss week to week as the last couple weeks, but thats ok. A loss is a loss and Iā€™m VERY happy with that. Iā€™ve got roughly 17 lbs to go to get to my goal. Iā€™m down a total 14.8 lbs in 13 weeks of steady working out.

Hope everyone has a great week!

Itā€™s been a tough week. Because of a three day course with little flexibility in time I didnā€™t get to go for many doggy walks and ate more convenience foods. Still today I see my weight is down againthis week. Not much (only down 1 lb) but it is down. Doggy walks are really the one must.

Iā€™m also learning to be a breakfast person. My oatmeal with protein powder (Vega essentials) and berries has been a huge benefitā€¦it fills me up and keeps me full which helps me not go crazy at lunch.

Hey! As you said being down a pound is better than not, so WAY TO GO! Especially since you werenā€™t able to be as active with your dog walks that you look forward to.

I too eat just a little something for breakfast and itā€™s been ok for me thus far. I just eat a small bowl of multigrain cheerios with either some raspberries or blackberries in it. I also have coffee in the mornings. After all that I start drinking walking to get hydrated. Then usually get to one of my workouts about 2 hours after once Iā€™m done with my cereal.

Today is my official weigh-in day and Iā€™m down another pound. Part of me is very happy about that but another part of me says ā€œdonā€™t get too excited!!ā€ā€¦Ive been having stomach issues the last 24 hours. :joy:

hey everyone. Life gets in the way and I forget to check inā€¦ still going strong. lost 2.5 lbs last week also left ww in favor of itrackbitesā€¦ letā€™s see 30 a month vs 30 for the yearā€¦ no brainer for me! Sure the app isnā€™t as polished as ww but for a savings of 330 on the yearā€¦ thatā€™s a free fit bit and then someā€¦ Keep on everyone and be kind to yourself! You got this!

Thatā€™s awesome on losing 2.5lbs this week!! Woot! Woot!! Be sure to update us on how the switch goes from WW to the other. I hope it goes great for you and you further see even more results!

This week for me has been chugging along. Decided to try out some walk + run workouts in addition to the cycling and other workouts I do daily. Itā€™s going ok. Iā€™m going to see how my weigh in is on Sunday and decide then what I may do next week. This week as somewhat been an experimental week for me of sorts. My legs have been awfully tight, and Iā€™ve been having a few aches and pains here and there that I hadnā€™t had but guessing itā€™s from jogging a little. I use to run 5k YEARS ago, but am desperately far FAR from that right now. So Iā€™m just mixing things up to keep it fresh and hoping not to plateau. I still have at least 17 more lbs to go! Good luck to you!
