Weighed in at 200.8. I’ll take it!! Down another pound from the last weigh in. I wish I could walk more but that hammy is telling me 30 minutes of easy walking and stretch is good enough for now. I’m not gonna argue. Plus I get the 40 minute dog walk in.
Welcome Rob. @Rockstar24777
Those medical procedures suck when you can’t exercise for weeks.
So on 7 July (7) I weighed 77.7kg. I am going to take that as a sign, MAKE that a sign, that I will lose the Covid, end of pink cloud weight, safely and healthily (I suffer with disordered eating).
Dang it.
I thought I was doing good.
Weighed in 202.2. Up a little more than a pound
Seems that’s always the way. Feel good about weighing in and I gain. Feel bad about weighing in and I loose.
Oh well.
I’m sober. And I’m good. Not going to worry about.
I have been eating sensibly, no snacks other than fruit, no eating after 7pm, etc, for a week and my weight is down about a tenth of a kg. I hope that time of the month, summer swelling is the cause, cos that sucks.
I have managed to lose 10.7 kilos since March just through healthy eating and more importantlyfor me portion size, a few short gym sessions a couple of times a week and no alcohol
I’m such an ass at posting in this thread! I hope you are ALL doing well! I am still doing I Track Bites. I’m on their version of WW’s “green” (Sugar Smart I think it’s called) down 60 lbs so far. Tracking mostly everything daily. Doing between 6k - 10k steps a day. Trying to eat right and healthy. Been doing a lot of Oats Overnight for breakfast. holding steady at 337 (from 397) for now. I occasionally give myself cheat days etc. Getting sober and doing something about my weight and health is still awesome in my book! Keep up the good work everyone! Keep fighting, keep moving, keep going. None of my journey would be possible without this community! You give me the daily confidence to show up and kick life’s ass so thank you! Together we CAN.
I did Noom. Worked for me.
I thought logging everything I ate was a big key. And I was able to do it easily on my phone. I paid quarter for 3/4 of a year then canceled. But I still have the counter and weigh in and exercise and step counter.
Weighed in at 200.8.
I’m good with that.
Especially with all the gelato I been eating and can’t exercise as much because I’m too tired.

I been doing intermittent fasting for years now. It’s not for everyone but just having 2 meals a day works for me. Don’t know if I lost weight doing it because I was still drinking. But I didn’t gain as much.
I’ve been doing intermittent fasting-20:4 for a month now and have lost 6 pounds. I like it bc you don’t have to cut out any major food groups if you don’t want to. I still have carbs and sugar every once in a while. We already took out alcohol so I didn’t want to take out my sour patch kids too!!
What works for me is a balanced food lifestyle. Most days I eat healthy and some days I eat pizza. I don’t drink soda or sugar drinks. I have coffee in the morning then drink water the rest of the day. I use fitness pal to log food to watch macros (carbs, fat and protein) and of course I work out. Walking is really good for losing weight if you aren’t super into working out. Any kind of sustained activity will help with weight loss. Bike riding, walking, skating. I know you are limited with your shoulder so I’d work on the nutrition part and you will see changes. I don’t believe in keto or fasting but as I said the above is just what works for me. Everyone is different.
