Thanks! Iāve actually done it before about 18 years ago. Thatās why I was calling them vanity pounds lol I used to weigh 206lbs and I lost 85 lbs. Iāve gained a bit of it back recently but Iād still like to lose it. I have a home gym but itās torn apart right now because I bought a house last year and the stinking garage keeps flooding. It actually flooded this week again. Iām trying to find someone right now that can build these types of drainage systems to stop it. Once I get it put back together Iāll take pictures. Iām hoping it will be soon.
Day 3 of no sugar/processed foods/snacky snacksā¦
Iām feeling very tired today. Very flatā¦ Sugar withdrawals perhaps?
I wont lie, this is hard.
Iām OK till about 4 or 5pm, I can get through the day with the detox lemon drink and water and peppermint teaā¦
But Iāve noticed that at about 4 to 5pm my body starts to really crave solid foods.
I am determined to get through this detox cleanseā¦ Its a mental challenge more than anything.
Its made me realise how much I never let myself go more than a few hours without snacking.
Our bodies need a break sometimes.
So I am honoring my temple by allowing it time to cleanse and rid its self of all toxins from over eating processed foods.

I donāt give a fuck. I got 18 days no added sugar. Iām planking every day. I feel great and my clothes fit well. If I was under 200 I wouldnāt have anything to work on. Maybe Friday.
I donāt normally share my weigh ins because Iām not so much focused on losing weight but Iām proud of my weight in today. My pbf is down to 27.5 which a goal of mine for a while was to get under 30 so Iām very happy that Iāve not only maintained that but have gone down enough more! As you can see from my number weight loss or maintaining isnāt always linear!

Had to look at my driving license today and was shocked at the photo. Even tho my weight hasnāt changed much, my face is noticably slimmer. Maybe healthier regular eating has reduced puffiness?

down another 1.8 lbs currently at 334.2. Iāve been taking a 2 - 2.5 mile walk every day before work and repeating it during lunch break Mon - Friday. Still tracking as much as possible using I Track Bites. Progressing along. Keep up the good work everyone. Find your fire and donāt give up!!!

I got myself back to exercising this week so Iāll start posting my updates again tomorrow!
Iām back and officially checking in! So Iāve been away for months (itās been a busy summer with lots of ups and downs and I wasnāt doing well mentally or emotionally) and basically not working out much up to this last week in which I am getting back at it. I have maintained my weight over all despite the lack of exercise which was actually quite nice to see and experience. I hadnāt been real restrictive food wise with anything either so over the last few months I fluctuated from 116 - 118 lbs. So it is evident the extra empty alcoholic beverages IS what made me gain all the weight. Today I actually weighed the most at 118 since I stopped working out, but Iām ok with that. Iāve been walking 30-45 minutes a day back on the tread and also itās approaching that ātimeā for me so itās all good. My legs have been feeling all the walking too so Iām sure my muscles are retaining some water too as I am a bit sore. Iāll try to keep up to date better now. I missed all of you!

I had some stressors this summer that saw me get up over 205+ eating lots of gelato and chocolate. Stressors are over for now and I cut out the extra added sugar. Day 39 now. Working on getting that buffer zone under 200.

I hear ya about the stressors over the summer. This year it was filled up to the brim and thensome for me over here. Iām still struggling with some but trying to sort my shit out and learn better skills with doing that.
With the workouts, I plan on taking a slow but steady approach towards them. Since I took MONTHS off, Iām just committing 30 minutes a day on the treadmill. On Friday and Saturday I did do 45 minutes which felt good too though. Iām going to eventually get back on the bike too, but getting moving with the walking briskly feels great so Iām going to keep going with what feels manageable and good to me. Iām pretty content with my weight although I would like to lose a little more, but Iām not going to complain. Iām SO SO SO much better off being 35 lbs lighter than I was and hovering around there pretty consistently. So Iām happy with that. Thereās always more work to be done just like in everything in life. One Day At A Time!
