Back below 190 lbs, after much work. My target is 183 so not far to go now.
I was doing 1-2 hours exercise a day and not losing any weight (just maintaining), so it was obviously the diet. Going on a high protein diet has been massive to the recent weight loss, and also this nutritional tracker has been instrumental in pointing out what meals/foods I need to cut back on.
One of my regular home meals is like a middle eastern dish, very tasty, thought it was healthy too, ran it through the app and apparently it’s 1.5k calories. WTF, I guess i’ll be making less of that next time.
One day at a time brother we got this !!

1 week off sugar. Pretty happy about the whole thing. Especially now that I can workout too. I’ll be back at goal weight in no time.

Still staying strong today I had a smoothie consisting of Kale Spinach cucumber for lunch I had 2 hardboiled eggs se dark chocolate cashews and avacado dinner I’ll be having a chicken broth noodle soup !
Another weigh in day and another pound away.

11 days no sugar and got my first full workout in. I’ll be back at goal weight soon.
OK so I’m past the point of being OK with snacking late night and with me just feeling blah every morning after waking up with a bloated belly from consuming processed snacks…
Sooooo today is my day one of a three day detox fast.
Ive done it before. It is seriously hard. Mentally hard. Its definetly a challenge.
But my body needs to be rid of the nasty snack foods ive loaded up on the past month.
This detox is a ten day detox. But you can do a shorter period. 3 days. Or 7 days. 10 is hectic lol
My weigh in today on day one is 70.8kg.
Interesting that this was one of the first things I thought about doing when I finally decided to kick alcohol. I may be back here to check in with you guys. Some people would say that it’s vanity pounds but to me it’s not, especially for my height. I’m only 5’3”. I’ve gained weight that I believe alcohol and bad habits caused. I really would like to get back to where I used to be and could stand to lose about 15lbs. I just have to figure out where to start.
Checking August 23rd 2021 today my day was pretty random with my time windows as a truck driver I work odd hours day shift night shift graveyard so my appetite can kick up at the randomest times today I’ve had 2 monsters a large cup of black coffee a bag of Skinny popcorn and a protein bowl with a spinach smoothie … I’ve been chewing on some sunflower seeds to snack on I also snack on newton fig bars , only drink water and black coffee I weighed in at 153.0 pounds my goal weight is 145.0 pounds …that’s right I gained from 151 to 153 that’s 2 pounds … I will be trying my best to workout like a beast to loose these last bit of pounds I want off ! Nothing can stop us don’t give up o your journey !
I’m having a hard time giving up these energy drinks to I’m aware they contain alot of sugar but when I need a boost on the road I’m telling you these do the trick I picked these ones up zero sugar 10 calories per can

I busted at 5pm yesterday… My tummy was screaming so I caved and had soup
Ive just worked out that Im aloud to have peppermint tea, so I’m starting again today, this time I’ll be more prepared for the late afternoon hungry strike and I will be ok today…
The first day is really hard. Your tummy grumbles like a b&%ch!!
