New here and needing to find some healthy coping skills. My only coping skill was drinking and it has led to a very large divide in my marriage to the point that I have been temporarily kicked out of the house. I’ve tried meditating and journaling but with no success of staying off alcohol. I have 2 small kids and I don’t want them to lose their father. Any help of suggestions would be appreciated

It took me more than meditating and journaling. Not a big journaling fan. Although I know it is a great tool.
I got sober here. Reading. And learning from the winners on here. And tons of gratitude work. Now I got to AA meetings too.
