Im sipping on 16oz of pedialite added to water. I originally bought these to help with hangovers lol now im using em to increase my electrolytes for optimum performance. Definitely not the same goal. Thank god for sobriety
My favourite, daily liquid treat is Yakult mixed with some 7-up, on the rocks.

Ginger ale (though it’s hard to find a really good one), mocktails, lemonade with strawberries. Oh, yes, a coke zero in the morning after my first cup of coffee (I know it’s total rubbish) and often some sparkling water.

If you visit France outside of Paris one day, know that they may serve you Breiz cola in Bretagne (Brittany) and Corsica Cola in Corse (Corsica). Proud people, they made their own colas and sometimes that’s all they got and serve. A lot of other regions got their own colas too.

I have tried several of these drinks and none of them taste good in my opinion. I do like to crack them open, feels like im drinking.

I’m on day 10. The first week I drank mostly toilet water. Ginger beer was my mixer and I’m planning on drinking it after it stops taunting me. Great thread with excellent hydration ideas! Thank you😊
