Why does Starbucks bring your food/snacks warmed right a way but then it takes 20 minutes to get your drink order? Why bother heating it?

I recently went for a social event at a pub and ordered this ‘beer’
I could’ve had a coke/lemonade/fizzy drink (much cheaper), but I kinda wanted to fit in. Nobody seemed to care or even notice I was having zero alcohol beer.
And it tasted alright actually!
