Its Ok for instant coffee 
Just have 1 coffee in the morning as ive cut down on caffeine , my sleep has improved greatly

I’m not keen on the Sainsbury’s sleepy tea….very unusual taste.
Have you tried Ahmed Sleep Tea? It’s a solid 10/10
