I like the Celestial teas. Especially the sleepy one with the little teddy on. I would drink sleep tea all day though, I love it.

Had a lovely hot chocolate with a hint of chili last night, whilst lying in front of the fire on my recliner. Terrific.

I’m not keen on the Sainsbury’s sleepy tea….very unusual taste.
Have you tried Ahmed Sleep Tea? It’s a solid 10/10 :raised_hands:t2:

I get mine from Amazon (but that’s like saying Voldemort for me, I hate them). Buy in bulk occasionally. It’s really my favourite sleep tea. Also Dragonfly Vanilla Rooibos is lovely.

Enjoying these.

This one is grapefruit.
Only 4 grams sugar.
It does have 3 grams added sugar.
Some have fewer.

Healthy sweet tea, well I guess that’s not really true, but I used Honey instead of Sugar.

I usually do artificial sweeteners, but I’ve started to get a stomach ache from those.

Unfortunately the Honey flavored Sweet Tea doesn’t taste half as good as I thought.

Poured out the Honey flavored Sweet Tea, despite all the tricks it got way to bitter for me.
Did a second try for today.
Green tea mint flavored with only a tablespoon of maple syrup (that’s for 2 litres)

Much better, not to sweet, not to bitter, subtle hints of mint and maple syrup.

I might stick to this
