So far just coffee and water but I’ve got my AG1 going on at the moment.

Pretty dang good, actually. Better than most I’ve tried. It’s pretty filling and satisfying, too…it stays with me until lunchtime.

Dragonslayer (energy drink) from Dutch Brothers drive through on the way to car wash. I’m suppose to be house cleaning. At least car will look clean.

Sipping on profee (coffee mix with protein) this morning! Trying to increase it so gave this a try. My morning coffee is 30gr of protein :slight_smile:

It was my first time making it and i didnt think it was too bad :slight_smile: i made 3 shots of espresso first. Then took 1 cup of milk and mix 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder into the milk to dissolve it. Then combined the espresso and protein milk together. I added a little bit of one of my coffee syrups into it for added flavor. I did find that the vanilla flavor of the protein powder overpowered alot of the taste. It was like drinking a caffeinated protein shake haha

Absolutely! I normally dont eat breakfast so i kind of think that this is my way of getting something into my system to start the day. Maybe try different flavors would help to :slight_smile:
