Poppi soda ( orange cream ), cranberry juice, spring water, Starbucks pike place ground coffee
Been drinking way more drip coffee more than energy drinks. Mostly for saving money but also for better health

I don’t like the poppi. I don’t remember which flavor I tried but the ACV taste is way strong. Mother Kombucha is on BOGO at Publix! I had always wanted to try it. It’s definitely different.

I totally understand.. to each his own.. I’m actually not big on the flavor I have but I prefer the strawberry lemon one .. I’m happy about the probiotic and less sugar..
Definitely gotta check out the new bogos at Publix this week

Back to the grind tomorrow! Rainy and cold today so good day to recover from the work week and lots of sports. I like this drink mix and I usually utilize this when I feel like my body needs the amino acids. This container has lasted me a while actually

Green smoothie,you can add something to sweeten it up if you like but if the banana is ripe enough it should be good to go

So much cheaper to do it yourself but also rewarding.. Thanks for the idea… I never thought about making a large amount of the smoothies or juice and putting them in bottles.. Great idea

No problem Trevor,yeah the smoothie will normally last 2 or 3 days,the shots will last the week
