If you close your eyes tightly, breathe through your left nostril, and the stars align…

They are nice though, different. We all know Yorkshire Tea is the best, right? I’m waiting for the outraged cry of ‘But, Barry’s’…

Good man, they do good rhubarb, puddings and tea up that end.

Builders tea, splash only of milk, no sugar for me.

And im sitting here on my second cup of plain green tea, no milk and no sugar. A little bitter. But feeling healthy .

Im normally a coffee drinker… but.. since also quiting smoking ive stopped the coffee for a while cause my mornings are usually coffee in one hand and a smoke in the other..

Im just now learning that Tea doesnt have to be boring. I dont ever recall seeing any wild flavours like those you sharee but you reallly got me curious now to look into new options. I just figured tea was tea :joy: green or brown haha.

That’s the dream I believe: virtuous and beneficial to the health. So if you don’t mind it then I wouldn’t change it… I find green tea abysmal. I’ll drink it at a push, but usually mixed with ginseng and lemon. It’s not even the bitterness it’s the greenness maybe.

I have two tea chests full to the brim of tea plus a tea cupboard… With lots of unusual flavours!

Favourite tea is English breakfast, Ahmed sleepy tea (lavender honey and chamomile) and mostly peppermint, licorice and cinnamon teas.

Some stores have an entire aisle of teas!

Took myself to lunch and had Athletic NA beers! I realized that a lot of my habit is just because I am in a social situation and alcohol helps me be social (I thought), turns out that even if I’m sober and others are drinking it makes THEM social and conversation comes easily anyway! Celebrated 30 days sober today with a massage, lunch and a new lesson in life:heart:

I drink Barry’s Classic Blend Irish tea. I have it hot in the morning with a little sweetener and milk. I leave the pot on the counter to seep all day and mix it later with ice with fresh lemonade.

Very refreshing and I like to be able to adjust the blend depending on how I feel.

I used to smoke cigarettes too. They’re a beast to quit.

I did just look at the Tea selections when at the shops before. Much more variety then id have ever imagined. A bit overwhelmed for choices so grabbed two smaller and discounted ones that sounded like a good taste to try out and see if this is my new thing lol.

been making my own herbal iced tea from various tea brands and flavors. I specifically saved this glass jar that was from a cranberry juice I bought and I cleaned it and it fits 4 cups of tea which is perfect because one of the brands I get has a sampler pack that has multiple flavors of herbal tea and each flavor or pack is 4 tea bags or 4 cups… I felt like this jar would be perfect and it actually worked out.. love when ideas come together even if they are really simple

No sugar.. just tea

Large Americano w/ whole milk, courtesy of The Coffee Bean. I normally get 2% milk, but I thought I’d live a little dangerously this time.
