Did some reflection on past fellows in the program and their words of comfort while driving to kalispell to get a freezer.
Talked with a lady in Lowes whose father is in recovery. I asked she give him a big hug from me on staying the course.
I had to practice myself advice I give others. When anxiety rises practice gratitude. If feeling negative? Grab it by the horns and replace with as much positivity you can find. You can find a positive vibe anywhere you just have to look for it and hold on to it.

I’m putting in a new kitchen backsplash and picking up a cool big ass piece of lumber to make a long bench seat from. All the while staying grounded and grateful that my brain is not slush!
