I feel good, and life is good, but I’m reminding myself how bad it got and how horrible I felt about myself and everything else.
I’m keeping the fear alive. (fear of going back)
I’m going to listen to chapter 3 and work on my abundant gifts of recovery!

It took most of the day but, yes. I mean, there are still gonna be some of the “blah” days; however, life definitely sucks better clean/sober.

Got my comfy ass off the couch even though my furry son was comfy and went to a meeting. The speaker wasnt amazing but we shared our common humanity and i was able to share in fellowship and full leaded aa coffee! Its a blessing to be sober

Realization.
I went to church today then picked up some arab food and eat it chill watching a movie. Write some reflections. Accept my desease and looked for an AA meeting to go tomorrow. Well actually today.
