What to do?🤷🏼‍♀️

Any tips to what I could do? Like anything else than Netflix😅

I tried jigsaws, painting by numbers as I have no artistic skills. Walking and reading are my things. Read lots about addiction and recovery, mental health and anxiety. Also self esteem and confidence. I started walking a mile but after a couple of months I have now managed a couple of walking half marathon, on my own but obviously using an app. Just try lots of things and find what you like best. Good luck.

Playing musical instruments helps me. If you have no background buy a ukulele they’re cheap and easy to learn to play.

Maybe try a meeting meet new sober friends you can socialize with out and about rather than sitting in ,wish you well
