Yesssss! That was a beautiful book! Loved it! And I would totally do the same. Hole up in my house as much as possible. I think if I left, I’d be dead by the time I got to the end of my block lol!

Would the ocean be as safe as you believe? Ever heard of floaters and bloaters? Zombies who drift at sea? Seems dangerous to me.
Yeah, but think if a huge floating pod of the hit the ship and took out your rudder. Youd be stuck with a zombie infested pool surrounding you.
That sounds like something that would get overwhelmed or clogged with rotting guts pretty fast…
