This lovely little fella keeps coming to my garden with little cries.
About 3 weeks ago walking outside my house he just walked past me… so I stopped and checked where he was going incase he was lost and he seemed to have gone into one of the front gardens. I’d never seen him before this.
We used to have a cat with a pink collar always come to see our cats on our garden wall. But It has never made noises and unfortunately was hit by car.
Since the past few weeks every now and then I hear him/her in my garden vocalising a little cry. I know straight away it’s not one of mine. And when I look out I usually only get a glimpse of its tail. It’s definitely a Bengal.
Well today I did the usual put food out and water everyday and I caught a photo today it was eating like it was starving … I know cats can do that even when their well fed. And he definitely looks looked after. I’m just concerned so will be leaving him treats and food and water until I can get a full body pic. And I am checking local cat missing sites.
I have to also remember he may be coming because little Rita is waiting to be nuetered next week. And he may just be on adventures and picking up treats on his way but just incase im keeping my eyes open. He seems to be scared of humans though or just me lol.
Total ugh. We have had a stray kitty sleeping on our front porch some nights for quite a long time now. Recently he or she has been coming up to the back screen porch at night where our 2 kitties sometimes hang out. I guess we left the door unlatched last night and he got in and tangled with our older kitty, Clifford, my husband broke up the fight. Today Clifford is limping and has a sensitive bite on his foot. His appetite is good tho. Poor guy. I have made him comfortable where he wants to be right now, put down his favorite sleeping pad and brought his food to him. Once my husband is up, we will attempt to clean and examine him together. I feel so bad for him. Poor little guy.
Oh I was hoping it was Cash The Lion King. How cute. I love when kittens play with big cats and the big cats like WTF. Congratulations on your promotion.
He’s a pretty big boy, puts up with all kinds of shit from his little sister, I’ll have to get a pic of me holding him for reference. You shoulda taken a promotion, you’d be much better at it than I
Clifford is limping less today and was able to start licking his larger wound and open it up, which is good. He has gone up and down the stairs and isn’t crying or sleeping as much. We haven’t man-handled him fully yet, but we have given him a good going over and he has a bunch of bites, but none swollen. Will try to keep them from scabbing. We spoke to the vet and will bring him in if we need to. He looks so much better and more comfortable today.
A little update about our old new cat, ore new old cat
She is with us for 2,5 months now, still adjusting because we still see her change.
It’s such another cat than Buts (my formal cat) was, I still miss him so much. When we got Buts from the shelter he also was an older cat but he adopted us very quickly. But Wikkel (yes it was Wickie at first but it developed into Wikkel so we officially changed it) is a bit shy and insecure.
So babysteps…and as long as we see them we still have the hope she will come closer to us some day We miss our sticker Buts who alway sat between me and my hubby in the evening.
For now we are happy as hell when she sits within a meter from us
She needs her space I guess
She likes cuddles, but does not come for them I have to bring them.
Expanding her life with the outside world was a step she made this week and she it.
Hope to see here making new progress soon.
And ps, still loosing some weight! Almost on a healthy weight now!
Oh, so much cat love from young to old Sending pets to all your kitties
Miss Marple needs her human today. NEED. The neediest needy cat that ever needed her human
If she’s not on me she’s around me.
The old boy is also clingy, under my blanket is today’s favourite.
I have no clue where the third one sleeps. He nibbled on my cheese sandwich and disappeared in the morning.
Whenever I need love: Here it is
