Due to previous urinary problems with male cats I’ve had, my Tony doesn’t eat dry food. That’s the crazy part. Kibble puts on weight. She doesn’t eat kibble!

This is Chloé, and I need help. She is 2 years old, and a bit of a jerk. She is actually manipulative and a bully with our other cat, obi baby. I started giving her treats in the morning, and sometimes at night, but if she doesn’t get her treat, she is the worst.
She insists i give her treats, or else she doesn’t settle down, she miauws at night if she doesn’t get them, and i find her very beggy when i eat. Its like i dont know what to do, where i went wrong.
Advice is needed. Just infer, imply, i don’t care, i need solutions to bad behavior and begging, and bully behavior towards another cat.

Have the kitties been together for a while or is Chloe new to the gang? Or more specifically is her behavior change recent or has she always been this way?
