) she relaxed, having him around is a different story, separate rooms for now, lets see how it goes

The BirdMan in all his floofy glory. I have to get his weight down, that is all me. We put new batteries in the laser pointer so tonight we chase. But for now he accepts pets while I read.

Be patient. I had a Siamese from kitten to age 21. He I am sure wanted to be the 1 and only. He survived many new kittens and cats throughout his life. He was horrible when the new ones arrived. I also kept him separated with short periods of time to get acquainted. After a few days and less than a week all was calm and everyone got along. However my 16 year old Woody Cat will not accept Yunna the Doberman no matter what I try and it has been 3 years. Sometimes I want to put them both in a room and leave them but afraid cat will scratch the dog and serious damage.
