The BirdMan in all his floofy glory. I have to get his weight down, that is all me. We put new batteries in the laser pointer so tonight we chase. But for now he accepts pets while I read.

Be patient. I had a Siamese from kitten to age 21. He I am sure wanted to be the 1 and only. He survived many new kittens and cats throughout his life. He was horrible when the new ones arrived. I also kept him separated with short periods of time to get acquainted. After a few days and less than a week all was calm and everyone got along. However my 16 year old Woody Cat will not accept Yunna the Doberman no matter what I try and it has been 3 years. Sometimes I want to put them both in a room and leave them but afraid cat will scratch the dog and serious damage.

He’s six and a half months now! And yes, I’ve had other cats before him that lived with Moka, and he never had problems with them, but so far Peanut is the best fit!

It’s funny how different cats respond to mirrors. My cat has never, ever seemed to even notice herself in a mirror. Instead she looks at everything else going on in the reflection.
