Where my cat people? #4

@erntedank @CanadianGirl

I feel like if some doctors hooked up to some kind of cords to my brain they would see a bunch of activity going on in the anxiety region of my brain when I Have to be around cats. Especially when the cat is in my personal bubble. Or when it stares at me and tries to get into my head and thoughts. But exposure therapy is the only thing that really works with anything that makes me anxious or feel weird. I know this sounds odd but I’m actually proud of this cat or something because for a homeless cat it’s actually pretty healthy and clean and seems like it’s not just a typical or average cat. I keep meaning to do it but I’ll probably get some kind of snacks for it tonight at Walgreens but I don’t really know what cats like? I know that my neighbor to the left is feeding this cat and also this lady across the street. And I keep water out front. This cat doesn’t have to worry about anything except for whether it’s going to track down and hunt a lizard or a squirrel. Or which tree will it climb !!

Exposure therapy definitely helps (I know this bc of house centipedes ) And orange cats are probably the best bc they’re known to be the friendliest of cats (and goofiest :joy_cat:).

Krieger is proud of you :grinning_cat:

And now he’s going back to sleep :grinning_cat_with_smiling_eyes:

Adopt him you soft twat,!

I got over my fear of spiders by handling tarantulas and black and an brown widows.
With my concent the custodian got the BW to bite me, bang phobia gone.

Sheryl is a really nice spider, and she played to the crowd, and snagged with very little venom, but a really fast pounce.
The bite hurt like a nettle sting, but only lasted about 5 mins.

Latter I had Sheryl (see above ) crawling all over my top half of my body, she’s fucking fast, and jumping at things in my hair

What really amazed me was that she responded to cliks, two clicks with your tongue to get her to come to your nearet point
Which can be really disconcerting when you get 4 spider legs, mandabils and associated Jaws dangling off your eyebrow, with the most condensing look that only 5 eyes can manage, asking “what the fuck do you want now.”
She finally settled behind my left year!

I also had a chance to handle a red knee and and a rose hair tarantula, their so cuddly.
So, guess what’s on my list after 4 Philobates Terablis (completely yellow and is the most poisonous dart frog, even captive bred ones still pack a punch, if you lick them :winking_face_with_tongue::squinting_face_with_tongue:

Twat lol
I don’t know what’s funnier that word or Telling me to adopt a cat that has no desire to be indoors or taken care of! All jokes aside I see what you’re saying. I’ll probably start leaving some food out for it as well that way it’s guaranteed to be fed between me and everybody else. And to be honest sometimes I even wonder if this is somebody’s cat that they just let go outside all the time because it looks extremely healthy for a homeless cat and I never see it itching or acting like it has fleas. To be honest I do feel weird about cats still And probably always will but this cat that has been coming around is growing on me. I’ve noticed one thing a dog feels guilt like if they eat your piece of pizza on the counter and you tell them about it they feel guilty And you can see it in their emotions but I don’t think cats feel guilt. Sometimes I also get the feeling that cats don’t need anybody really except when it’s time to eat. I’m just being honest hopefully that doesn’t offend all the cat lovers. Low-key I’m turning into a cat lover without even realizing it probably

Ps: This is a total different subject and story but when I went to London in 2007 I was walking down the street and I could barely understand anybody that was talking to me and this guy said where is your piss shop ahey?? I was like WTF are you asking me and I just didn’t understand and then like six months later I was sitting at my house in Florida and I was like oh shit he Was talking about a bathroom. The twat thing made me think of that. Different slang words and ways of talking. If I called somebody a twat in Florida they would be severely offended but I’m sure where you’re from that’s just being nice so I am not offended

My cat shows no emotion. Makes me think he’s planning something. Makes me nervous.

Exactly! This is what I’m saying. But I will be honest I’m not as afraid of cats as I was since this cat started coming around. I definitely have a new friend

Planning some thing! Planning on morphing into the size of a lion and taking over the world!!!

The good thing is, when they morph, you have a friend in the crowd! Love your stray cat :smiling_face_with_three_hearts::smiling_face::+1:

Thank you!! I’m not sure if this cat has a name it probably does like I said it visits all kind of different neighbors for food but if I named it I would probably name it after a planet because that would probably be a good name. All the planets can be good potential cat names. Or Osiris!! I always thought that would be a good animal name but I would have to look up and see if that is a male or female name. I might save the Osiris name for my future pitbull

Cat’s most definitely don’t feel guilt, they’re like “and what” or “do I care MF” and then 10 mins later they creep up to you wanting cuddles.
I’ve had 16 cats, the current count is 4, and they’ve all been the same with regards to guilt
Osiris is male and Mars is the red planet, suitable for a ginger cat👍
