Thanks Donna, Ive got some biscuits soaking now, will wait for them to cool down then put them on their mats. I wish there was more that I could do, but tomorrow is a new day and we’ll get through this one day at a time.

She hates them but they save the furniture and the door frames. Really, she does pretty good except the first day after they are changed.

My boy Astro has always been a laptop sleeper. From day dot. Tried to find an earlier pic, to no avail…seems he’s even content with the laptop bag.

If it’s a cat. Please keep them indoors. They will be able to love you a lot longer if you keep them indoors.

We never keep our cats indoors, unless they want to be indoors

What’s the reasoning behind not letting your cats out?
Predators. Cars. Coyotes especially are dreadful. Rattle snakes. Loose dogs. Cars again. I don’t think the bears or elk will bother them though.

Yeah… We don’t have any of those dangers in the Netherlands, except for the cars. But cars are used to cats crossing so it rarely happens that a cat gets killed

Sounds like a nice place. We have a trip scheduled there spring 2021. Because of our canceled spring 2020 trip. I not feeling it though. Trying to get it moved to spring 2022

Where exactly are you going
For me the most important thing is the floor where my new apartment will be. Ground floor = outdoor cat. 2nd floor 2 indoor cats. 1st floor = depends. Also depends on where I will move. Big street = life will be very short depending on the cat and the remaining lifes she has.
We charted an hotel barge.

I have no idea where these places are. But we’ve used the barge company before. They are great! Our trip insurance “cancel for any reason” didn’t cover pandemics. The company was nice enough to give us the same dates 2021. We are trying to see if they’ll put it off for us until 2022. I don’t see this pandemic being under control by spring 2021. You guys probably don’t want any Americans coming into your country anyway.
