I agree, I would like to hear how Silas is doing. @Twowaymirror, where are you?
We would like to hear from you.
I’ve talked to him semi recently. Hes going through a hard time, though sober as far as I know. I dont think the forum and him were jiving well.
I had a message from Sarah not too long ago. She’s sober and happy! But I miss her whacky humor
Cold today but sunny! It says 65 but it feels colder, lol.
Miss you guys, I’ll try to check in more often…
Miss you!! Glad you have some sun!
I’m missing you too lady
So very happy you are back!
@Wunderbar I know you just posted a couple days ago, but I was just wondering how you were doing since you seemed to not be in the best place
@funnydad - miss seeing your face on here. Wondering how you are. Miss your motivation

@AliciaMarie04 how are you
@Blondie1x how are you havnt seen you for awhile
Hey!! I’m doing ok!! How are you? I’m still staying strong over here, sitting at 13.5 months!! I’m a little worried about my colonoscopy this Friday since I have a family history of it and I have been experiencing symptoms of colon cancer, but I will have confirmation this friday and will let you know how that goes, so major prayers please!!
Thank you for asking. I’m still sober 673, but it seems like March is starting where February ended. An unexpected death of a very close friend on the 22nd, then another yesterday. Two deaths in rapid succession after an ready turbulent beginning of the month has definitely left me dazed and filled with sorrow. That being said, I’m super grateful to be clean. Dealing with this sober/clean allows me to deal with it instead of numbing and masking it with drugs.
I’m so sorry to hear this Chad, may they rest in peace. Reach out if you need to chat. Let’s keep this path going for others to follow.
Shit, I’m really sorry to hear about your friends. Nothing said ever makes it any easier. I’m glad your still sober and as hard as it is to deal with the feelings, there’s just no easy way around it.
I have felt since getting sober that I’m the most grateful for my sobriety during the difficult times since I imagine how worthless I’d be if I was under the influence, and I’d just be putting off the inevitable feelings as you’re unfortunately aware of.
Thanks for checking in and I hope you have some easier times in the future.
Thank you Lea. I sometimes forget thay by sharing how we stay sober during difficult times, we may help others who are struggling through difficult times themselves. Too bad sobriety doesn’t cure the introvert in us.
Thanks again for checking up on me. Though I haven’t been dealing with my cravings alone, I neglected to take into account that there are many people here who I care about and they about me.
I’m still here my friend! Thanks for asking.I’m just keeping on keeping on at the moment. I’ve some shit on and stress but I’m plugging through it sober. Sending love and strength to anyone tha needs it x @AliciaMarie04 I’m praying for you and I hope all is ok. Peace and love my sober sister
