Hi everyone, I am hanging in.
I’ve had some personal crap to deal with recently, but am still sober at 35.56 days.
Just haven’t had any free time recently.
Hopefully everyone is doing well!!!

My noodle is good finally.
It has finally stopped hurting when I ride the bike or walk.
My mother always said I have a hard head

I’m ok; I couldn’t reach my son so I was in panic mode. His phone was off so I tossed some money on it just so I could reach him.
He just texted so I can breathe now and go do a ride.
