I quit smoking. Almost 24 days since I had my last cigarette. Its messed up my how I interact with the internet. Its been hard for me to sit still and not want to light up. I’ve been checking in, but not spending much time online lately.

Everything is going really good. I’ve been fishing. I’ve had some good opportunities happen. I’ve been working a lot.

I’m stoked to kick those nasty cigarettes…That has been the hardest for me. It was way easier to quit smoking crack…

Good for you!! And yes, the associations we had with smoking can be rough to rewire, but we can. Sugar free spearmint Life Savers kept my mouth busy, which was helpful for me. Enjoy your fishing!!

I’m alive. Doing a lot of EMDR work with my therapist lately and still in couples counseling which seems to be paying dividends. I still check out the memes around here from week to week and cheer you all on from the cheap seats.

I’ve been writing a lot and playing with my 7 year old. He’s a geek for blacksmithing and I am curently trying to cobble a forge together. I have an anvil and some shop space in our new garage. So, it’s a start! I’ll post a picture when we make our first blade.
