Really great you found your way right back here @Mandymostly. Don’t be discouraged, what matters is getting back on track. Maybe take a minute to think about what happened before you picked up and make a plan of how to react next time this situation comes up. You can always, always check in here. Thank you, it was a spur of the moment, we were at my daughters and she said “Prosecco anyone”? The next thing I have a glass in my hand, it was only a small amount but as soon as I drank it that was it ! I had no more there but on the way home I bought a bottle of wine, crying inside knowing Im back again and I have drank everyday since​:disappointed: and I feel dreadful, all the little things that were getting better that I hadn’t really noticed, have come back in abundance ! So here I am day one :sunflower:
