I “see” him from time to time on Strava. He is still putting in the work in the gym. But he doesn’t post updates or anything on there

Thank you @Alisa for thinking of me. I’m ok. Currently planning a plant based diet starting 1st January. In the UK it’s called Veganuary. Working on my diet all part of my self care.

Hey Emm – he did leave. Said he needed to be more off line and is committed to his journey but wanted to have less screen time. Has plenty of support and tools in real life and will be back with us in the future.
