Hahaha,bonkers i love that word!!!,hello Mischa,thanks for the shout,sorry im only just replying ive just logged in for the first time in a while to see how everyone was and saw your message,all good here,sobriety is still intact and things are getting brighter for me now,i hope all is well with you aswell and everyone else on here.

Hello Dirk,thanks for the shout,ill be brutally honest here,things are bit rough,it seems like its problem after problem,its like ive lost abity to deal with stuff,not sure why but i was alright for the 6 years then bang,my emotions are all over are place,ive no temptation to drink thats under control,anyway enough about me,i hope you and everyone are well,ill be back regularly as soon as poss
