Your top 3 80's movies

Fun subject. Top 3 80’s movies that you can’t live without. Mine are…

  1. Over the Top - Sylvester Stallone
  2. Blood Sport - Jean Claude Van Damn
  3. Back to the Future - ALL 3

My number 1 pick has an end scene where Hawk (Sly) is arm wrestling his enemy and nearly breaks his own arm off. This scene actually speaks to me in my battle for sobriety. His opponent tells him during the scene “I Own You” (as an addiction tell us) while Hawk’s son is cheering his DAD on. He then slams an Over the Top powerhouse and beats his opponent. LOVE IT. Check it out…

A half naked crazily hot Sylvester Stallone with a big knife, yes please.

But to be a bit more serious:

Rambo 1 and 2
Police Academy (all of them)
Crocodile Dundee (both of them)

But there’s a lot more 80s movies I really love, and a lot if kids series like TMNT, He-Man, Saber Rider, and all that

Blasphemy! My wife loves all of those brat pack movies…Sixteen Candles, Pretty In Pink, Breakfast Club. We’ve probably watched them 100 times over the years. Eh…back when those movies were coming out, I was more into hot babes in tinfoil bikinis swinging swords or shooting laser guns…and I make no apologies for it. Sandahl Bergman, Brigitte Neilson, Carolyn Munroe…too many to list.

John, I actually saw Scarface when it came out in the theater in Ft. Lauderdale! It was epic, back then,
