I’ve been using this app to occasionally track my sobriety for a some time now but didnt know about the community, so 1st post here. I’m 101 days sober from alcohol today after being in active addiction since 2016. This is the longest Ive ever been sober and the hardest I’ve ever worked to remain sober. Im really happy to see everyone’s stories and comments of encouragement. Also, don’t know if i created this post correctly lol.

This place is a good send. I just said to myself a few minutes ago that I’m so glad I found it. Spending some time here really makes me feel that I’m not the only one in this fight, in the past I felt I was the only one!

helps with retraining the addict mind. It is hard to focus on urges or negativity when we are thinking of gratitude’s

I remember accidentally discovering TS embedded in the sober time app! It was like the secret doorway to Narnia hidden in the back of the closet
