Ok I did my yoga and walked 2 miles. Did 45 pushups. Going to have to do more after work.

My husband agreed to do a 30 day yoga challenge with me last night and I can’t wait to see this😂 I’m checking out this video when I get home.

Day 1 of the 30 day challenge not off to the most auspicious start… slept thru my alarm and missed my morning workout. Now the challenge to fit in 30 min of cardio before the end of the day! Gonna git 'er done! And I’m sober! :sunglasses:

Just look at it that way every day! :wink: Today is my one day fitness routine!

I did it! 150 of each :muscle: but damn, I had to force the (girly) push ups out of my arms…
