I’m in on both. Need a healthy distraction. Being newly sober again my body is pretty beat up but I’m pretty determined. I may have mentioned it before, but I love this community.

Totally forgot about this…I just got my ass to do the day 1 plank and squat challenge…
Day 1 done! No squats for me but I’ll be planking along.
I was feeling so bad yesterday I didn’t plank or squat I will catch up today.
I remember this plank challenge from last year! I finished it! 5min of plank. I had my 5min of fame on TS for that Let’s see how far this year I will go
Gonna give it another go. Also adding the squats.

Plank and squats, though they part of my workout twice per week, hopefully I can count them on those days as they are weighted and I ain’t doing extra on top of those 72 per session nor the 3 min of planks currently per sesh.
