I’m trying to work the squats as deep as I can tolerate, and as deep as my jeans let me. Maybe I should try shorts?
I like your style Dan…I was doing the high planks but just did 2 sets of low planks 20s ea to catch up.

You can also do plank jacks, mountain climbers (I think I’m going to rename them poly-planks or plank-ups because I think mountain climbers are what other people call what I know as starter runs…), cross-grab planks, and ball roll planks.

Gym sesh for day 3. 40 squats, 50 offset pushups and 50 plank rows - a row from a plank position. And I tried dead-hangs for the first time, one unsupported for maybe 20 seconds and then a lightly supported one for 30 seconds. Supposed to be a great stretch, core, and lat exercise.
