Catching up with days 9-11 today
Day 11 done.
Iâve been counting a long in my head, but breaking it up into 5 seconds a piece. So 1,2,3,4,5,5,4,3,2,1 seems to help for some reason. . Got a consecutive minute 30 seconds today, and wasnât horrible.
Day 10 & 11. Iâve got to stop doubling up and just do it on the day!
The quality of mercy is not strained.
It droppeth as the gentle rain from heaven
Upon the place beneath.
It is twice blest:
It blesseth him that gives and him that takes.
Wm Shakespeare, The Merchant of Venice
I do this when I have many many reps. I cut them down in smaller pieces which then also occupies my mind calculating. But often when I have music along and god forsake start singing I forget where I was counting
Day 11 - full minute on elbows and toes and then went to high plank for the rest of the time. Itâs getting up there
Day 11
There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve: the fear of failure.
Paulo Cohelo
Day 12 done.
Day 11 and 12 done.
Got me sweating over here. Shouldâve not skipped a day
Day 14 - done before work. Made it a min and 10 before I looked at the clock progress
Day 14 down. Good for you I was shaking like hell at a min 10 today for some reason.
Today was the first day I had to stop and that was because I was in my head about my hand positioning. I may try a walking plank tomorrow. I got back into pose and finished though.
Day XVI
And those things do best please me
That befall prepostârously.
William Shakespeare, A Midsummer Nightâs Dream
Day 14 done
Dang. This one hurt, lol.
Rainy and windy today. Couldnât go out for walk .
Seriously, bro. It was brutal. All good. Iâll be okayâŚ
Now itâs all about distraction
Day 15 done. Getting tougher. Gotta keep breathing
Day 15 done. Iâm still doing the hollow body holds and finding I can do a single rep for the time goals for the day. I might be gaining a little bit of core, who knows?
A favorite for today:
Blow, winds, and crack your cheeks! rage! blow!
You cataracts and hurricanoes, spout
Till you have drenchâd our steeples, drownâd the cocks!
You sulphârous and thought-executing fires,
Vaunt-couriers to oak-cleaving thunderbolts,
Singe my white head! And thou, all-shaking thunder,
Strike flat the thick rotundity oâ thâ world,
Crack Natureâs moulds, all germains spill at once,
That makes ingrateful man!
William Shakespeare, King Lear
I personally find the hollow hold easier but you are probably getting stronger too.
Day 15 - during work cause I wanted a break
