One of my secret musical pleasures is Jethro Tull. Get shit when I mention this (Best Rock/Metal Artist Grammy?!? ) but in their heyday they were in top form for songwriting, diversity of style, loudness, putting on an amazing show, across the board they were the shit.
In honor of it being spring and the birds returning and singing so loudly, here is some Ian from an amazing and underappreciated album where he rediscovered his Tull roots:
And because I’m such a huge Maiden fan, here’s them covering Tull (Up th Irons!!! ):
Jethro Tull is a good band man, I have listened to a lot of there work in the 80s and they were a very good band and the flute playing was absolutely off the walls but for some reason all I can think of is Ron Burgundy yelling “PLAY AQUALUNG FLUTE SOLO” good band man
Here’s my guilty pleasure, I absolutely love electronic dance music I post a lot of my other stuff on @CapriciousCapricorn channel load her up with dance music she loves it anyways yesh Lady Gaga is fucking amazing very very talented woman and actually sitting and listening to her music led me to discovering more dance music and finding Daft Punk and then I got into all my other electronic stuff I post
Good stuff bud, I use a lot of these for meditations but I did a guided meditation last night for healing masculine energy, was amazing like 40 minutes
The Allfather Odin!
Not sure how much you listen to soundtrack music bud, but there is lots of very passionate music in there as well, this is one song I like playing for relaxation, very good movie as well
If it helps you get through thats all that matters dude, vent out to music and let lifes optimism come towards you, but you gotta create that yourself bud and music is the way I do it personally you can do it, I believe in you, if you been able to go 3 years sober you can handle today
That was hilarious is that how you’re going to decide on the cat you get?
Actually I think it’s pretty profound. Anyhow, I never lived without a cat sharing my place.
