Currently having a go at this. Not an easy read but interesting in parts, confusing in others… but I will stick with it
Anybody else read it?

@This.Will.Be.My.Year Oh my gosh! Me too! I think I just found my ideal career! Well, reading a book a day or someone paying me to go to school just to learn more and more the rest of my life!

Currently reading Kurt Vonnegut “Welcome to the Monkey House” its a collection of short stories. Im new to his writing and find him incredibly entertaining and a quick read. He covers a lot of topics, but much of it is sci-fi!

Recently I’ve also read

“The Ten Thousand Doors of January” by Alix E. Harrow
“Siddhartha” by Herman Hesse
“If We Were Villians” by M. L. Rio
“The Secret History” by Donna Tartt

Oh my, love him! How is “The Journey Home”? Have you finished it?

I read “The Journey Within” by Radhanath Swami and it is the book that made me believe in God :relieved:

Currently re-reading:

“Begin each day by thinking about what you want.” And then Donald added, “You have to decide what matters more, Hal—your payoffs or your vision—because you’ll be faced with that trade-off several times a day.”

The author also has a YT channel and I found many of his videos very helpful.

Yes, I’m a fairly avid reader. Anything from history especially military/aviation history, fiction, fantasy, detective/spy novels, dramatic/romantic stuff and most of the classics. Honestly just about everything.

I recently read all of the Jack Reacher books. I’m currently reading Air America by Christopher Robbins and then I’m going to read Ghosts of the Tsunami.

Most recent book haul. Finished reading The Wizard of The Crow (excellent and hilarious—truly one of the best books I’ve ever read) and How to Get Over a Boy (intriguing and thought provoking. Beautiful hardcover with bright graphics). I also got my hands on some quit lit that I read as an emergency intervention. Now I’m reading We Learn Nothing and Lighter. Then finally I’m gonna get to the good stuff, Parable of the Sower.

I love Lee Child’s Jack Reacher books! Reacher is such a great character! I haven’t read them all, but plan too
