I have problems with changing the arms for the plank up, to find a rhythm. When I do my normal workout they say to count each up as one and then here I am confused bc we have to do uneven numbers. Guess I overthink this.
I know, it’s a bit confusing. Last time I did the amount for each side. But due to my tendinitis in my shoulder, I rather did a normal plank yesterday. And yes, Day 10 done too, right from my bed!

Day 15 done! I went on a 4-hour hike in the mountains, so my rest day has been quite busy!
