April full body workout challenge 🏋️‍♂️🤸‍♀️

I have problems with changing the arms for the plank up, to find a rhythm. When I do my normal workout they say to count each up as one and then here I am confused bc we have to do uneven numbers. Guess I overthink this. :crazy_face::see_no_evil:

I know, it’s a bit confusing. Last time I did the amount for each side. But due to my tendinitis in my shoulder, I rather did a normal plank yesterday. And yes, Day 10 done too, right from my bed! :sunglasses::call_me_hand:t2:

Day13 done. I’m gonna double up over the next few days so I don’t have any exercises this weekend. I’ll be on a mountain and doubt I want to be doing exercises :joy:
