Day 8 done today but I accidentally still had the timer set for 2 days. I stopped it halfway but the screen went away since I didn’t “finish” so no screenshot

I don’t feel like jumping at all after my workout. I am struggling at the moment.
Haha, thank you Jess. It’s more that also my feet didn’t appreciate the lateral jumping. Might replace the jumping jacks with high knees.
Hi guys. Back at gym after a day missed. Good one though. Light on challenge, did 30 jumping Jack’s and 10 burpees and 20 sec mountain climbers.
But… wore my sports bra and did 12 min running on treadmill out of 30 min total in 2 min intervals!
It’s been years since I jogged/ran to be honest. Made me think of a dream of mine I’ve had for years to run a 5K one day. Wow, maybe I can work towards that! What a gift of sobriety, I can have goals and dreams again!

Day 10 from yesterday but not really: squats, high knees and reverse lunges. High knees are killing me on the long term.
Are you doing the high knees fast? When they bother me I slow the movement down. It’s less cardio but allows for me to control the movement and focus.
I cannot really control it. I kinda get into a tunnel until someone cries.
Skipping challenge today to take my boys swimming!
Missed yesterday and today but will do a catch up tomorrow afternoon.
1 week until moving, I’m super busy and feeling overwhelmed and tired. Can’t wait to be back in a normal routine
