30 second wall sit
30 second plank
…run one lap
…repeate 10 times.

I might join in! I have the stealth. Makes planking fun. I still enjoy a regular plank, this just takes it up a little notch.

Planks are hard stuff.
I used to care about time with them, but gave up once i hit the 7 minute mark. Now it’s 2-3 minutes and I’m fine.
Some physios and trainers say that anything over 2 minutes is wasted. Dunno.
Time really does slow down though… I’m sure my 7 minutes actually took 30 to accomplish
I’m in! My PB is 4 minutes and that seemed crazy to me
2 or 3 minutes is definitely a sweet spot. It has been rough doing the 5 minutes before. But, here we are again!
You’ll be surprised at how fast your body can build up to it!
