Tried it first time. I may need to be at 20 seconds forever!
Iām getting in on this. Just started getting back into the gym.
Just got out the gym like 10 mins ago and had a kick ass workout. I actually did planks today while in there.
Give me that and Iāll be buff in no time lmfao
I will join!!! Iām already doing a workout program thatās like a 90 day challenge. Iām 60 days into it and planks are incorporated. I can usually hold them for a minute when I do them. But I havenāt done them everyday! So, here I go!! Iāll double up to catch up!
Day one for me, I made it 2.8 seconds. I know thatās not very long but itās a win for me, took me a lot longer just to get off the damn floor.
Day two update, in the jacuzzi and then icing trying to recover from day one. this challenge is definitely challenging, not sure Iām going to make it much longer. I can be a great cheerleader for others though.
We are on day 2, so no worries! They are only 20 seconds right nowā¦easy peasy! You could start at the 2 minutes of you want to cut to the chase!
I did 30ā¦ Iād forgotten how much I miss them!
An eggplant will remind you??!
Yes! All different challenges like hang gliding, dodging asteroids, downhill mountain biking. Really works all angles. Itās fun, and before you know it youāve been on for a while. Thereās a Facebook group for it too.
day 2 done!
Iām in. Dots the first 2 days!!!
On your forearms is easier. You can always do up downs if you want more of a challenge or hip dips. I like up downs a lot.
He couldnāt manage the coordination of bent arms
Ditto ā¦
He is a little star!!
Iāve always done them straight-arm and on my fists.
Years of skateboarding left my wrists a little less flexible than when they came out of the factory.
Omg eggplank hahaha
Day 3 yes!
Still recovering from my 2.8 seconds on day one. I think Iāve pulled a muscle. I believe Iām more suited to help you all keep track of your progress or running a stopwatch/official timer. keep up the good work everyone. Proud of you
