This happens to me too. Figure out some filling but less unhealthy snack foods. Mine is homemade popcorn.

Try maybe drinking water when you feel it coming on. It will at least fill you up before a binge if you cave in. Keep fruit around too. I know it’s hard. Go punch a pillow a few times when your triggered. I do that sometimes lol. It pretty fun. I am worried about my time of the month cravings. . That will be a test for me.

Three weeks no binge.
But honestly the last few months, maybe even half a year, binges have been few, small in volume and soon recovered. I generally feel less controlled by food. It feels nice.
