No bingingā¦
But undereating.
I donāt have a good appetite atm.
Lots of things going on in my life.
Maybe I will cook a Asian chickensoup today, cause I feel I need something nourishing and giving some power. And if I have soupā¦ I have leftovers and itās easy to eat a cup of it.
Still night snacking. Not counting it to binging, as there are no huge amounts of food I am eating at night. I experimented a lotā¦ Even listed tipps, I posted overview in another thread,
if anyone is interested?
After all tipps, to me personally, not night snacking is all about catching this little moment of awareness NOT standing up. Thatās it.
Will have it on the focus next nightās.

I did it! And the family went to Costco and bulk bought carbs, so going to have to be strong until my kids have eaten it all up for me.
Day 0
After days of undereating, I had a little bit of binge night snacking (3 KnƤckebrot with Cheddar and 2 protein barsā¦ Okay itās not a total binge, but for me that was mo more regularā¦ And thatās what i am tracking.
Although I had a real good homemade dinner.
Stress and strong emotions make me shake.
Okay, so letās start again.
I will continue to listen to my intuition.

Hard to eat yesterday, but I had breakfast,
2 protein shakes and some fat reduced Lays in the cinema.
Lost 6 pounds from starting on weight loss a bit more, 3 weeks ago. Thatās cool
Although night snacking.

I have to get clear that weight loss is not about Selflove and acceptance, itās about health and wellbeing. Thatās it.

half-regular eating, no binging!
Not eating ooooverhealthy,
no huge appetite,
bit of undereating.
Cooked 2 boiled eggs for a lovely sourdough bread sandwich with egg and tomato, I will prepare for work tomorrow.

Two weeks! Couldnāt help going on the scales, those couple of weeks of binging really piled the weight on. But it will come off again, little by little, if I just keep steady.
Day 60
Iām going to treat myself tomorrow! Iām still avoiding emotions with other vices but Iām keeping away from binge eating. I feel confident and hopeful and strong. I wish you all the best, you inspire me deeply.
