5 days no binging. But tonight will go on a trip, and the evening meal at the Ryokan will no doubt be huge. I will not count it as a binge, but will be careful to eat only my portion, not the kids’ too.
Day 429 No Binge
and forever still shocked to have come this far. My ed still pops up with some brief periods of restricting but I am catching on to my body’s cues and can get myself to eat at least one mindful normal meal with some snacking and not over correcting or over thinking it.

Renamed this topic to “imperfect regular eating” as for me it is about imperfectness,
to solve not binging. No restrictions, no counting, no measuring, not avoiding food groups (despite of some allergics).
