Itās been 5 month clean
Trying hard not to go back
Tomorrow marks 1 week sober! The withdrawal symptoms made the first couple days difficult and now itās the temptation. Does it get better?
2 days in and I can already feel the symptoms of alcohol abuse going away (acid reflux, chest pain, anxiety). Hereās to another 24 hours sober! 
I really feel like getting āawayā ā¦
Just completed 11 days, now need to reset after 9 standard drinks over 2 nights. Feeling disappointed and a bit angry with myself. Iāve been going so well and hardly any craving. Donāt know why I gave in. Bring on a new challenge! Loving this app.
Today I have 12 days completely sober, I feel great. I have really thrown myself into my recovery and its working.
