On day 4!
Really difficult
Only 3 days into sobriety but it’s the longest I’ve been sober in months. I’m going at it different this time. Never seeking help was always my down fall. I won’t do that anymore, because I know I need it. It’s good to be among people who suffer what I suffer. We are all family in a way.
How do you convince your loved ones that you are commited
to changing and ask for their support?
Still have no energy and each day I feel like I’m dragging ass
