Hi everyone! Starting over again, this will be my second attempt at sobriety, I went to rehab once and thought it would be easy to quit drinking but of course it slowly crept back into my life full time. I am going to my first meeting in a couple of hours, I hope I can do this!

Well I quit cigarettes 19.days ago. I know its all in my head but I miss it. I know if I touch them Iāll be hooked again. No drug Iāve ever been on has been this hard to quit.
