How does it feel to be 23 days sober?
Hey I’m new here. Just hit 18 days! Coming off a 9 month relapse.
I fucked up real bad tonight
I used tonight and fought with the gf cuz I wouldn’t flush it. It’s like I chose it over her
I feel terrible.
This sobriety thing is gonna be fucking tough
had a friend die from an overdose prays and thoughts with her family.
Just hit 30 days clean. From alcohol and pills. I feel 100 times better and I noticed that I don’t have an attitude when I talk to anyone. Going to meeting definitely helped and admitting I had a problem lifted all the weight off my shoulders

Day 14 just 1 pint of really lemonadey shandy count as a fail and a clock recount ? 
Only 3 days in on my sober stage feeling weird woke up with a massive headache
New to this also
160 days sober for me! And done w/o probation soon.

Its 8.15 now
