Im still sober, its great but not easy. I have had to learn to deal with all sorts of sitiations in a new way. Completely new set of behaviours
If we could get the chat moving, this app would be the Mecca of all sites.

@jcb I tried a year ago and found so-called friends really pressuring me to drink or not inviting me I guess you really do find out who your friends are

Good morning everybody! Today is day 1 of my sobriety. I’m shaky, I’m nervous, I’m a little overwhelmed, but I’m sober. I want to break down in tears because I’m so happy I’m doing this. Here I go

Can’t say I have super beneficial advice but I can tell you know I’m doing- I just keep focusing on WHY I’m getting clean. And why this is so important.
