Day 6… Checking in from good ol Las Vegas, … The whole strip is closed and there is this peace in the air. It scared me at first but now I am really loving and embracing it. Riding bikes, painting rocks, reading books… life is good!

I think a lot of “life coaches” follow that same path as well, and I can see that being the same with the book as well. I was mostly just happy about a movie that focuses on positive thinking
Day 4.
Sounds as though we’ll be working from home for the indefinite future. Or they’ll be laying us off. The uncertainty has me wanting a beer or 12.
My husband seems to be a lot happier with me since I stopped, though. We’re having conversations and joking around again. He hasn’t explicitly said anything, but he is smiling and laughing more.
Still having trouble sleeping, but it’s only day 4. Trying to be patient.
